I was a military brat then a soldier. I moved perhaps 15 times in my life. I have no sense of home. I have no old neighborhood to go back to see where I came from. All my friends when I grew up and I met in the army are dispursed around the country. I became tired of saying goodbye to my friends and my girlfriends. Sometimes I feel like a tumbleweed that the wind controlled. Perhaps I will get the sense of home when they put me in the ground. I don't really know.
