Some of the so called experts are talking out their rears, in my neck of the woods, there is a large number of farmers raising a large number of different livestock to sell at market, or to private individuals LTC David Brown

Our species is omnivore. Restricting and replacing beef won't go over well with a lot of folks, including me, even though I am not a heavy meat eater. (Let me not even get me started on laboratory grown "meat"!) My folks used to purchase 1/4 to 1/2 a beef, from a farmer who didn't do industrial farming, or use hormones, or unnecessary antibiotics, like what Dad was used to having been born and raised on a farm.
Was reading that something in the ball park of 17% of problems people cause to the environment is considered to be from industrial farming. But what about the other 80%+? A large portion is air traffic, then manufacturing. We are supposed to believe that people not eating beef will make a difference in that 80%?
The Greenies dream is dictatorship, eventually. I like some of the environmental ideas, but I do not support their end goal. They only use environmental issues to get people to support the larger political agenda.
