Experts Warn Some Coastal Residents Should Consider Rebuilding Inland

Sounds like a good idea, but people might not be too thrilled to do it.

I never understood why the gov would give payouts to people who build in a hurricane, or tornado alley. If you get hit...that is a warning. Why not move? Why should taxpayers pay for you to rebuild in the same place? Without gov loans what idiot would lend money for a building that would probably get knocked down in the next 30 years. That is not what taxpayers want to pay for.... Charity donations anyone can make...but taxpayers...??
