SSgt (Join to see), I see that you are THE military recruiter for TQL. What do you like best about working for this organization? And, if I may, aside from the posted job description, what do you know about being a Sales Representative? I ask because I see a vacancy available in Jacksonville, FL where I live.

Sir - Military friendly, bottom is treated like the top, and the culture! I transitioned to TQL after serving 3 years on active duty orders with my reserve unit, and I moved a little ways from home to take the position. TQL, like my unit instantly became family. I started out as an executive assistant on the marketing team, and the moment my company had a need for a military recruiter my boss told me I would be a great fit. Although my boss would lose her assistant, she did not hold back from pushing me toward my dream job. Leadership provides training and genuinely wants their employees to be successful.
