As Ecclesiastes mentions "There is nothing new under the sun" and "vanity of vanities."
I am not surprised at the cyclical nature of rainfall and storm patterns SSgt (Join to see).
I remember the concern about a nuclear winter in the 1960's and for the past generation we have heard chicken-little's like Al Gore offer dire predictions about the impact of man-made global warming.
