The most telling prediction of entrepreneurial success? Access to capital. But that's not the only way.
It's isn't correct to sat that people who are successful are only successful because they work hard. The vast majority of us work hard. The thing is we have to work hard on "right" things in our system and get lucky or have access to a lot of capital. That's the promise and the dark side. If you are not born wealthy you need to work hard. But not just work hard doing anything, but work hard doing things that might get you wealthy. Then you need the ingredient outside of your control, a bunch of luck because you probably don't have that access to capital.
