Well I can say I personally have not seen "Always believe the Victim" in action (my anecdotal observations). Mr. Helixon (article author) gives his anecdotal observation that are in complete contrast to mine. I have not seen the cards stacked against the alleged perpetrator at all, but I have seen just the opposite - the cards stacked against the Soldier reporting the crime (almost guaranteed retaliation). If only 1 in 20 of reported sexual assaults results in a conviction (DoD Statistics), then how are the cards stacked against the accused? I say to the author of the article, the data show the opposite, the odds are stacked in favor of the alleged perpetrator.

What a good read. That was an awesome write up.

I personally have dealt with some of these cases and I do not believe in "Always believe the Victim".

This goes in many forms now days. And I have personally caught so many in lies when accusing someone else of such things.
Many people are evil, manipulative, and vindictive (yes some of your guys too, lol) and will do anything to hurt or take down or belittle or degree another person.
I don't understand why people can't just move along.

Accusations can destroy or ruin a person.
