All Walz has to do is remove from his bio "retired CSM" because he didn't get to retire at the rank. The NG already said he can state he achieved the rank of CSM - the only thing is for benefits he got MSG pay. That's it. So no "stolen valor." Vance needs to stfu really because he was mediocre Marine who just did public affairs.
