I certainly hope that the FBI is keeping a database or two of domestic terrorists including Muslim-terrorists, white-supremacist terrorists, black-supremacist terrorist, etc.
SPC Britanny *Winnie* Balthaser with the increase in killings of police over the past decade I am saddened that the FBI seems to be focused on tracking police killings of thugs and others.
This is the same FBI Director who let Hillary off the hood for sending classified emails over an insecure network after all :-(

What we need is justice, not more statistics. Nothing undermines the Rule of Law as badly as when law enforcement agencies abuse the law. As when cops use unnecessary force unnecessarily. As when the FBI submits to political pressures to let criminals skate.

I agree with the mishandling of the email investigation of Clinton but am glad to see a database to track an issue that is consistently becoming an ethical and legal issue. It's information gathering that can be used at a later date for statistical analysis considering no organization can provide any accurate statistics right now; only conjecture.
