Broken link Master Chief. I did see what the link describes, but while he should be held accountable if the actions are true, it's the timing (a few days before is retirement?), and the fact it's Sessions who will have to do it. If Sessions allows him to retire, he's already on the chopping block, will he be fired? If he fires McCabe, will he be able to weather the political fallout along with going to court? It seems to be a two for one in regards to Trump, but could end up costing him more on the big end.

MCPO Roger Collins - It very well could be, and I won't discount it. It's a solid point, but Sessions has been on the way "out" since he took over. So this could be a nail in his career as AG if he does fire him based off this and his boss' desires, leading Sessions alone to fight this in court leading to the end of his career as AG. If he allows him to retire, he again looses his job as AG, Rostein will also be fired being he's not that well liked in the West Wing right about now, and the clear winner is the President. Firing Sessions no matter what frees up the eventual firing of Muller who has been making some waves with his inquiry, and not the kind that makes friends. If this was chess, for Sessions, I would say he's met checkmate no matter what. He won't be the only one shown the door that's for sure.
