Interesting article, but a tad misleading. Having lived in a rural area where the internet options were only between a small local (wifi) ISP or a satellite connection you are stuck between a rock and a hard spot. I elected to go with the local company and was getting 15Mbps for $90.00 a month. With this new ruling, broadband will be more accessible to rural communities. It may hurt some of the small providers, much as WalMart and Internet shopping (think of Amazon) has hurt the small operators, unfortunately some of this is a progression of the times and technology.
