Republicans aren’t “silent”. The GOP in the Senate are worse. Before the Impeachment even happens, they’ve prejudiced the evidence (that they haven’t seen) by publicly stating that if the House formally impeached, they’ll vote to not convict. Imagine if a Jurist declared during opening statements that I’m voting “not guilty” - they’d be thrown off the jury. Well McConnell and top GOP need to be thrown out accordingly.
