MORE potential problems. Glad to see someone finally using the proper word... It is not a Cyber ATTACK!!! It is Cyber Espionage. Most of the time that the nation state actors break into our computers, especially gov computers....it is because they want info...not attack us. Heck, they want to keep us operational after they are inside so they can keep learning your plans. Think OPSEC.
