Eighty-year-old socialist and Vermont senator Bernie Sanders (I.), who is best known for sporting mittens and looking grumpy at President Joe Biden's inauguration, is considering a third run for president in 2024, the Washington Post reported Wednesday.
"In the event of an open 2024 Democratic presidential primary, Sen. Sanders has not ruled out another run for president," top Sanders adviser and 2020 campaign manager Faiz Shakir wrote in the memo, which was leaked to the Post. While Casca said Sanders is "the most popular officeholder in the country," Democratic leadership sees the self-professed socialist, who honeymooned in the Soviet Union and supports massive tax increases, universal health care, and the Green New Deal, as a "polarizing figure" who could drag down other candidates, the Post noted.

The las thing this nation need is a Socialist in the White House. He is a guy with real ties to Russia, not what the United States or any non Communist Country needs at this point or any other. I suppose at least You don't have to wonder where He is coming from, unlike many in politics His story hasn't changed

Lt Col Charlie Brown - For sure and that is exactly how Socialism/Communism works, special privileges and control for a select few at the public expense. Control by people that NEVER made contributions to or worked within the labor force but sponged off others.

lol, the DNC has gone out of their way twice now, to make sure he does not win the primary. Not sure what he gets when it happens, but here comes round 3 I guess.
