Yes, because wealthy people all convert their wealth into gold coins, keep them in vaults and swim in their money... Just like Scrooge McDuck. It would be interesting to see how much of the wealth of the ultra wealthy is actually tied up in material goods, and how much is in liquid assets fueling more economic activity. Oh, by the way... the people who build their yachts and mansions, they are not not other wealthy people.

LTC Eugene Chu - This is irrelevant. The ultra wealthy understand that the purpose of capital is to generate more capital. The "hidden" billions aren't collecting dust. They are out generating more capital. It is basic economics.
