Maybe someone who lives in the area of the show can figure out how to gain admittance for the lot of us....! Hint, Hint

Ha ha! I am not that smart. I moved here because of arthritis. But, I often came for the hacker conferences...

By co-incidence, I will be meeting my brother-in-law in Las Vegas that week. But I don't have "credentials" required for admittance to the SHOT show.

The pass is cheapest with advance planning. If you are real rich you might get in now...but you will pay big time.

SSgt GG-15 RET Jim Lint - I understand you MUST be "in the business", a gunsmith, licensed dealer, outdoor/sporting goods retail or wholesale, purchasing agent etc. I don't have anything but a "weaponeer operator" and a range safety officer card (both expired) remotely of that nature.

SSgt GG-15 RET Jim Lint - Nice. What's the entry fee? I thought you had to be a dealer or something to get in anyway.

TSgt David L. - There is a fee, and they do make sure you are in the industry. Exhibitors get passes. Suppliers, speakers, lots of ways, you were in the military and may have an idea to discuss. Join the host association and volunteer to work their event. They need a lot of people to run these events.
