You can be so smart and so dumb at the same time. With the way folks are already on edge over workplace violence and terrorism, why would you intentionally go and film some engineer units facilities? I get folks want to play that "constitutional rights" BS, but filming a post or armory isn't the best thing to do. Before we get into the AR 670-1 and 600-9 comments, remember what this man is doing, and what would you do if you came outside and saw someone with a camera taping your units belongings. I give these NCO's credit, they didn't get into a pissing match with the cameraman, and called the cops.

ok the guy's in the right, but his voice still makes me want to introduce his face to the pavement. So annoying.

I know the Subversion and Espionage Against the Army (SAEDA) program is not called SAEDA, but TARP. I would say it would be worth calling the Counterintelligence Office... Should be a covering 902d CI Det around. Good to get this into the record.

Definitely a Candidate for the See Something, Say Something DHS Program and a call to the local constabulary to deal with. Take down all the info you can get in case they make a habit of it.
