Capt Dwayne Conyers COL Mikel J. Burroughs SPC Margaret Higgins The north burned over the summer and the south is burning in the winter. And when the rains come, if they come this year, both will experience massive mudslides to exacerbate the situation.

Very sad news Capt Dwayne Conyers My daughter lives in Oceanside, CA and I've close firends that have been evacuated in Bonsal, CA and Vista, CA. Praying that their homes will be saved!
