Thank you -- good stuff! In West Berlin, fixing bayonets was part of our weekly Retreat parades & took place just prior to the "Pass-in-Review" Normally, music was provided by the Drum & Bugle Corps, 3rd Battle Group, 6th Infantry. Occasionally the 298th U.S. Army Band did those honors. This photograph of 3/6th Inf. D&B Corps was taken May, 1963 at the Armed Forces Day parade.
