Bad idea... we are a nation of laws (supposedly). If we start balkanizing our laws then what are we? A third world banana republic. Or more appropriately, a sh*thole.

I think this sanctuary stuff is leading to more and more questions of what is the law. I don't like the law but I don't think this is the way to fight it.
