Florida's Death Penalty Is Even Worse Than The Supreme Court Said

I dont know if this is racial discrimination, but it sure sounds like it. After reading this I can't believe this has gone on as long as it has. Change that, I can believe it is happening. The story reports that there has never been a death sentence imposed on a white man killing a black man.
