A veteran came up with this idea last November. He took it to the city manager, also a veteran, who approved the measure.
While I appreciate the sentiment, I am uncomfortable with the "super hero" bit.

I'd also seen them at NCO clubs, as well as for specific medal holders and or combat vets, just thought I should add that as well obviously. Many thanks.
