There are a lot of tweets, but this one made me wonder..... If there was a Russian attack, why did not the POTUS during the attack do something? Whey do they want the guy after the attack to do something? Should the Civil War be President Nixon or Ford's responsibility?

Why didn’t President Obama do something about the so-called Russian Meddling when he was told about it by the FBI before the Election? Because he thought Crooked Hillary was going to win, and he didn’t want to upset the apple cart! He was in charge, not me, and did nothing.

I do see a pattern within the Obama Administration taking the approach of not upsetting the apple cart. Obama was caught in a difficult balancing act - damned if you do, damned if you don't. Comey also found himself in a similar situation. His justification for reopening the e-mail scandal just a few weeks before the general election was because he did not want to risk delegitimizing Clinton's victory.
Seems a lot of folks were making decisions based on appeasing President Hillary Clinton. These decisions were not without risk and those risks are now being brought to light.

I think he didn't view it as his problem and, if the info I've been reading is correct, he didn't want anything to step in the way of a Hillary Election
