I've seen the affects of medical marijuana with a friends grand daughter. She was having seasures 20-30 times a day. After a couple of doses of CBD oil, the seasures started reducing in severity and frequency. They still give her the "medicine" and the seasures are nearly none existant. I'm starting to believe the theory that "big pharmicuticles" and the money they line Congressmens pockets with are keeping a "miracle drug" from being legalized.
