Will SECDEF's Force of the Future initiatives work, or is DoD too institutionally dedicated to its own interests to commit to transparency, provide mentor ship, and treat Servicemembers not as a bodies or numbers to fill billet requirements but as individuals?

I found little in this Forbes piece about what makes a great organization that describes DoD.
