Ford Carrier Problems Worse Than LCS: Navy Secretary Mabus

SGT Damaso V Santana I totally agree with PVT James Strait let's tell all of our enemies out there all of our business! Now with regard to the problems with the Carrier, our Government needs to hold these contractors that are gettign paid literally billions of dollars accountable for less than superior work when it comes to these Carriers! For what they get paid they need to make sure that the very best quality control and craftsman are put on these vessels - nothing but the best and if theres and issue fix it immeidately at no cost to the Government, and keep your mouth shut - nobody needs to know that your 2 1/2 ton broke down yesterday because of a faulty part that brings all the 2 1/2 Tons down for immediate maintenance. Same with the Aircraft Carrier - fix it and move on! Just my 2 cents!

Maintenance is not as sexy as operations when it comes to budgeting and funding SGT Damaso V Santana. I concur with PVT James Strait that it would be great if Secretary Mabus would stop publicizing this kind of news.

You've got to be kidding me. If I re-enlisted my command would be attached to that ship (would have left this month)....so much for another deployment on a new-age ship.
