I believe that false accusers should face the same penalty their alleged rapist would if convicted. I'd bet that would curtail the false accusers.

Happens all to often and leaves a stigma on the false accused individual..she probably did it to save face and not be labeled..

I am still trying to work through her logic that being raped by 2 football players would "get" her the man she really wanted???? But, yes, she ruined 2 men's lives for her own ends. School went along with it... seems like we really haven't learned anything since the Duke rape case....
