Raul is more ruthless than his older brother according to my mother-in-law who lived through the Cuban revolution. Of course Ernesto "Che" Guevara was worse but thankfully he was killed by Bolivian Special Forces long ago SFC George Smith

LTC Stephen F., I actually knew highly decorated MAJ Ralph "Pappy" Shelton who commanded the SF team that trained the Bolivian Rangers that killed Che. They had completed their training only the week before.
He was a high school JROTC instructor and a civil servant in Memphis, TN for many years after retirement from the Army. My wife actually worked with him when he was the JROTC instructor at Kingsbury High School in Memphis.
He died on 29JUN10, and is buried in Athens, TN, which is in the far eastern area of the state. SFC George Smith SSG(P) Chris Erickson 1SG(P) (Join to see) MSG Dan Castaneda

Google this guy, MSG Dan Castaneda, and read about him. He was a mega soldier and the quintessential quiet professional. When visiting and speaking with him, you would have thought you were talking to a mild history teacher. However, he did take the time to tell me a few stories when others weren't around.
