Why wouldn't you want these terrorist sitting in supermax Colorado instead of in Cuba where we are wasting money for nothing? Not one terrorist has been found guilty by the military. Let's get these guys ran through the federal courts and put in supermax Colorado where the cost of housing these guys is a 1/3 the cost of keeping them in Guantanamo.

1) It's against federal law for GITMO prisoners to be sent to any US prison.
2) I wouldn't want a GITMO prisoner sent to an US prison, in which he would have access to the general population and potentially spread their radical ideology and create even more homegrown violent extremists.
