Not that the US government will do to the US citizens what ISIS does to everyone, but the last line of this quote... "We want everyone to take up weapons and know how to protect themselves from evil" is a very powerful statement that can be applied to more than just former ISIS sex slaves fighting for their own freedom. It is the same mentality that the US had during the Revolutionary War. We were fighting for our freedom and independence back then. And its all to easy to be lured into the '1st world perspective' that all is well in the world because the US government is taking care of the bad guys for us. When in reality it is exactly as this Yazidi Captain has said. When all is said and done, the only one who will protect yourself and your family, from the evil in the world, is yourself and your family.
