A former Marine exposes a fake...a guy who claimed to have been injured in Combat and received over $300,000 in VA Benefits. How in the world does this happen in the first place? Although this guy was a former Marine, he was never in combat...watch the video and see what he did. THE NERVE of this guy. he received a 21 month sentence. I don't think this sentence is long enough...he received benefits for 9 years.

Sgt Kelli Mays This is awesome and what needs to happen - good for him. We've got veterans that aren't getting these types of benefits or are still fighting to get them actually deserve them. Prison!

Heard about this criminal act. $300,000 in benefits for one criminal given away with no checks run on him for 9 years. The way he was caught someone wanted to get even with him for what he didi to them. 21 months for $300,000 and living a lie for nine years. Agree with COL> Mike
