Former Marine is prime suspect in murder of Okinawa woman

Okinawa is the current hotspot for Marine/Sailor bad libery conduct. Now the contractors are entering the fray. Why do we keep giving ourselves black eyes? Good behavior is always the plan of the day. Wonder if any bad behavior by Okinawan or Japanese is being curtailed? Semper Fi.
