You know what he deserves every thing he has coming to him and is lucky he is not going to jail. I had to sign a SF 314 and so did he. On my way out in 2013 I had to sign my last Non-disclosure Agreement and it was my final one and stated that I will not disclose any operations that I have been part of secret in nature and any SOP's and TTP's, also names times places and such. The agreement stated that I would not profit off of any of this information. I still have a copy to this day. They were making all of us that work on the ground around SOF operations and other Joint Task Forces sign this before we left the Navy. I asked the PN and she told me it started in 2012 because everyone was trying to wright books. Keep in mind I and we are just combat support units that support SOF operations, so if they made me do it, they definitely made him.
