IMO, you don't get an honorable discharge for less than a year's service unless you shouldn't have been in the service in the first place.

He appears to be the militaries version of past the trash. They moved him out, gave him an honorable discharge and now he is working with undercover "Islamic State" FBI agents to kill Americans.
