" Critics fear that allowing a single attorney to represent several figures in the crime could allow the former Clinton aides to have an unfair advantage in corroborating their stories between interviews and when sharing case-relevant information."

Kind of superfluous. All they are doing is "Acting stupid and stonewalling" including the president until after the election'. Co-conspirators and accessories during and after the fact to Hillary Clintons multiple violations of the Espionage Act".

What a stupid premise. Just plain stupid. There's no red flag. What does that even mean in this case anyway? Does anyone think it is illegal or unethical for people being questioned to have the same lawyer? And if anyone did choose to share info, does anyone think that having separate lawyers would prevent that? This is just a nonsense proposition all the way around, designed to give the impression of wrongdoing when none is present.
