Definitely not enough time. And wants to avoid jail to continue to mentor children? He should have added to his prison time, the time of each one of those cases that he investigated, and someone was put in jail.
This falls back on the other agencies as well, as to not doing the back ground checks needed to make sure he wasn't a fraud.
