That makes great sense my friend CW5 Jack Cardwell. This issue seems to pop up every year. Horse meat is useful in dog food and the hides can be used for leather products for no-profits, etc.

I love bears. But if bears are entering Fort Drum and be coming a problem with training and possibly causing safety issues. Guess what, the bears go. Military bases should not have to even bother with a court. Those bases are to protect the country and the rest of the land the rest of the animals live on.
