My friend is Chief of Police in New Llano, Louisiana. I used to ride with him before moving away when he was a patrolman and I was a reserve officer. He is very thankful for all the agencies that helped including Ft Polk's EOD in neutralizing the device safely and protecting the citizens of New Llano.
