First off he should of known that someone would find out and there would be repercussions. Second I remember being able to call my family on Sundays after phase one was complete. I do agree that younger Soldiers do love their phones but I bet there isn't a single pay phone to call home on. Sometimes you have to take a deep breath and rethink what you are doing.
