Frustrated Man Builds Park Stairs For $550 After City Estimates $65k, Then The City Destroys It

I'll bet they'll say it doesn't meet this code or that regulation or "it's a liability issue."

But this man proved a point. They better get those stairs in for half the original estimate!

The stupidity of rule worries. Leaders have to look at the mission and see if there are things that can work. In Korea, while inprocessing I had a form that was printed on a dot matrix and it was an Army test form... They would not accept it...so I called the IG... All started to work. :)
