Yes to omit families is a grave disservice to veterans and families who accompanied them during their tour on base. It has been too long in coming and benefits should be extended to families without a doubt. The fact this ruling was pursued and obtained by the VA does speak in favor of someone up there or the organization which could have continued to stonewall even longer and gotten away with it.

Bottom line is we have got to keep hammering on the VA, not let up-make sure they are held accountable to not only the veteran but also the families. We all serve together
