Any civilians here go through the transition of title 5 to title 10 Excepted Service in the cyber community? I'm curious to know how it worked and whether incentives were immediately offered.

Thanks for sharing this. I am glad to see that DoD is implementing a pay adjustment for the cyber/IT workforce to compete with the outside world.

My pleasure. This has been going forward since 2016 and they pan to complete by end of 2018. Problem is, I can't find any information on what the transition may do for those of us opting to convert.
