German Army to Ditch HK G36 for Haenel MK556 :: Guns.com

I guess with so many 5.56 NATO ammo manufacturers, and countries going to larger calibers, the Arms dealers of the world had to convince some one to switch to the round. I rather liked the 7.62 German infantry weapon.
