Send them back to their homeland.

I agree. They should return home and rebuild the country and have some sweat equity in its success and/or demise.

Once the area is safe there is nothing wrong with helping a countries citizens return to their homes and country of birth. There is also nothing wrong with a host country examining who amoung the refugees has cause to stay. Neither perspective is wrong. Germany is under no obligation to keep every refugee or send all back home. This is for them to decide.
