Get Ready to Walk Away from Incirlik

America needs to decide (via national vote) what role it wishes to play in the world. If we wish to be the "world's policeman" then we really need to move back to a Cold War style and have more carriers as our airpower can't really depend on foreign bases. The trouble bases need to close and their assets moved to nations that have all-weather loyalty/friendliness to us. If the vote results is "not to be the world's policeman" then close the base and move everyone home.
