All electric boat made by a company called Candela, uses hydrofoil technology to stealthily glide above the water in near silence. I can totally see some Seal team or other Special Forces unit using this tech to conduct a "sneak attack" on a sleeping enemy. The boat direct drive is shaped like a torpedo & turns with near zero noise once in hydrofoil mode.
