I never heard of the word "dord" until today.... File this one away in the " learn something new file ".
Physics & Chem. Density. A non-existant or ghost-word originating from mistakes in Webster's New International Dictionary editions 1934-1939. Original entry should have been "D or d" in the abbrevations section, when something messed up.

SGT John " Mac " McConnell So dord could be applied to a person who just doesn't get it. I think this word needs to make a comeback. Throw it into politics as a polite way of describing a politician who is out of touch (more so than the other politicians any way) with reality. That is a win!!!

I don't think I've ever used it, but I remember watching a VSauce (science/education youtube channel) video about language and the host spoke about "dord."
