I would have loved to have tuition paid for. Yes, the extra housing allowance would have been great, but the GI Bill used to be for the GI only. That that can transfer to their kid should still feel great about it. The reason for your posting of this article is clear. You really don't need to try and defend it as legitimate debate material.
