Being from the land of Tobasco, I have never considered it a "Hot Sauce" per say. I always looked at it as an enhancer for flavor. There are other more potent Hot Sauces out there. I have never really been a fan of Tobasco, if I want to spruce up my Gumbo, I use Louisiana Hot Sauce instead. :)

Cholula is good for gumbo... i use it in Frogmore Stew

I'll give ya hat one, I just wish it were anywhere else other than Commieland...aside from that, it was obv amusing, certainly...I suppose even Commies gotta eat, ya know?

I think Tobasco gets its heat more from the Horse Radish they use in making the concoction, not really the peppers.
