Good Samaritan shot in attempt to rescue woman at Shawnee Wal-Mart was Iraq War veteran

We have to be able to defend ourselves. When help is needed in seconds the police are minutes away. This is not a slam on the police. They cannot be everywhere every instant. I am not sure firearms are the final answer but they are the best we have now. It behooves everyone to get some kind of self defense training. It matters not what type of training but something where a person can defend themselves.
